Can I pick up from your warehouse?
No, currently we do not allow pickup from our warehouse. We offer Free Shipping Australia wide
Where do you ship your products to?
Any address in Australia except a PO Box. Certain Remote destinations may also have issues. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us prior to ordering.
Can I place an order by phone?

How long does it take to process my order?
Each item has a listed dispatch time and we endeavour to send your order on-time. Most Meraki products ship directly from Meraki in the US and will take around 7 business days to arrive from date of order.
How do I check the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
If the product has not already been dispatched, it is possible to change your order via email or phone call. Orders generally can only be cancelled within 4 business hours of purchase.

We accept PayPal or Direct Deposit. You can pay using a Credit Card via Paypal. We can also accept Purchase Orders if you have a credit account set up with us.
What is the warranty/support on my product?
Meraki provide an all-inclusive warranty and support with each product. The period depends on the option selected with the licence. You can choose from 1 to 10 years with each purchase.
